I’ve spent nearly 20 years working inside mission-driven organizations across Las Vegas. During that time, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore:


Burnout impacts some of the most passionate members of our teams, and turnover can disrupt culture, continuity, and trust. 


It’s a signal that something in the system needs attention.


My work helps organizations respond to that signal in a way that supports their people and strengthens how their teams operate.
